Heat Cure HCF™
NSF-Listed M1
Heat Cure HCF™ is an FDA-Compliant mold release coating and is designed to be used in plastic molding applications per FDA 21 CFR section 175.300 Resinous and Polymeric Coatings. It is NSF certified as a Nonfood Compound as category M1 mold release agent. This FDA-compliant coating is scientifically formulated using polymer technology to create a semi-permanent barrier on the surface of a mold which is only 100 nanometers in thickness and which facilitates extraordinary plastic or rubber part release. Heat Cure HCF is a two-part mixture that is applied in the tool room. Heat and air flow activate the polymerization then the coating must be given at least 3 hours to cure.
